With regards being a werewolf, I think you're right that he wouldn't be able to heal it. Because it means a permanent, fundamental change to her whole body, including altering how perceptive her senses are, I think he would be limited to restoring her TO that state. I don't think he'd be able to alter her state completely.
From an IC perspective I also think he would view the werewolf as just a part of Marion, so he wouldn't see it as something that even need to be healed. If he found out about it he would probably try to encourage her to accept it and not think of it as an illness. If you wanted her to ask him to try it, and he looked at how it was integrated with her body, that is probably the line he would take. If you're interested in that sort of CR we could absolutely do it!
