Regarding allergic reactions – yes, absolutely! He could isolate the component that’s causing the reaction and remove it, and then return the body to its natural non-reactive state. It’s basically the same thing he’d do for infections or poisonings, he’d just have to concentrate for a minute to find where the problem was. :)
